     Hello reader, my name is Aurimas , I am a 22-year old student in South-East Technological University ( SETU ) on Waterford campus in Ireland. The purpose of this first blog is for me to introduce myself to the audience. Over the coming two months I will be posting discussions on a weekly basis with topics related to small business, which I hope will spark a discussion among the readers and will help me engage with you.      I am in my last year of studies at SETU, last year I decided to specialise in management and went on to do my work experience in retail management. The work placement I took upon myself lasted over 5 months commencing in January of 2024, after which I stayed in the same role during the next 3 months over the summer as a supervisor.
